Summary

WRT screens have a 15° incline and is equipped with heavy-duty, double row, spherical, self-aligning roller bearings on vibrator shaft.  WRT screens feature a high-strength welded deck frame with reinforced plate in the drive area to increase side plate strength and stiffness.  The deck frame is crowned so material is evenly distributed.

The frame is Huck® riveted plate steel.  The screens have four point mounting with heavy rubber spring cushions.
